The Office of U.S. Senator John McCain (R-AZ) will hold a veterans informational forum in Cottonwood on Thursday, October 31st. The forum, part of a series designed for veterans and their families, will provide information regarding the new Fully Developed Claims (FDC) process which was created to expedite the new claims process for veterans. Senator McCain’s staff, as well as representatives from the Veterans Affairs Regional Office (VA) and local Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) will be present to brief veterans and answer questions regarding the expedited process for new claims.
This forum is aimed at explaining the FDC process for new claims only – VA representatives and VSOs will not be able to answer questions regarding existing claims.
